This is the most exciting time for Skill India mission as we take part in the contest of skills, excellence and international success. In India, the participation at WorldSkills is led by WorldSkills India since the country’s participation at WorldSkills International competitions since 2011. This is an initiative of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India.

The Indian contingent comprising 28 participants will be representing the country in 26 skills at the WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017.

Skills: CNC turning, Plastic die engineering, Jewellery design, Mechatronics, MCAD, Pâtisserie and confectionery, Visual merchandising, Prototype modeling, ITSSB, Web design, Beauty therapy, Mobile robotics, Welding, Automobile technology, Brick laying, Wall & floor tiling, Electronics, Hair dressing, Cooking, Restaurant services, Car painting, Auto body repair, Fashion technology, Graphic design, and Cabinet making.
