Shivam is the only child of his parents. His father could not afford to feed the family and send him to school at the same time. Once he was capable of working, he started doing odd jobs, but that was never sufficient. His life had no direction and he didn’t know how he could earn money.

It was through a friend that he came to know about the IL&FS Institute of Skills, Delhi (Recognized as PMKK) He told him about the skills training and the subsequent placement guarantee. He joined this training as he was very impressed with the infrastructure and trainers. Subsequent placement guarantee was also a big pull. Even after six years of service, he was stagnant in his profession and was not growing. He read about the GST accounts assistant training on the internet and visited PMKK for details. He had completed his BA from Delhi University and had also done his PGDM in Finance from National Institute of management in 2011 and was working with a small firm as an assistant. Practical skills for reconciling financial statements in compliance with the norms, preparing periodical cash flow & fund flow statements, and networking with the banks which are key responsibilities of a finance executive were taught.
